Summary:The paper investigates the performance of a tilted vortex phase lens, quantized at a given level and allowing the generation of specified local maxima both on the optical axis and off it. A possibility of detecting individual diffraction orders and their combination is demonstrated. A combination of quantized optical elements is considered, which makes it possible to generate local maxima in both the longitudinal and transverse planes.
