Abstract | The use of internal combustion engines increase environmental pollution and dependence on fossil fuels. The biodiesel fuel, which is renewable, more environment friendly, and cheaper, is a good alternative for diesel engines. The use of biodiesel fuel leads to a drop in diesel power and an increase in fuel consumption. To prevent these shortcomings, it is proposed to use dynamic regulation of the percentage composition of a mixture of diesel and biodiesel fuel. The modernization of diesel engines for their transfer to work on a mixture of fuels with a dynamic regulation of its percentage composition is possible at service stations serving diesel engines. |
