Abstract | Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common and deadly malignancies worldwide, and immune regulation plays a critical role in its development. This study investigates the causal relationships between uveitis, specific immune cell traits, and CRC using Mendelian Randomization (MR) analyses.
