Summary:To the Editor: A 44-year-old woman with a history of chronic pancreatitis with pseudocyst presented initially with vague abdominal complaints including gas, bloating pain, and constipation. Multiple biopsies were con- sistent with a diagnosis of granular cell tumor and re- vealed extensive infiltration of the lamina propria by a population of cells with moderately abundant, granular pink cytoplasm and mildly pleomorphic nuclei with small or inconspicuous nucleoli.
