Multiple biopsies were con- sistent with a diagnosis of granular cell tumor and re- vealed extensive infiltration of the lamina propria by a population of cells with moderately abundant, granular pink cytoplasm and mildly pleomorphic nuclei with small or inconspicuous nucleoli. |
