Muscovite SSNTD: Detection efficiency for fission fragments

We measured the detection efficiency of muscovite mica for fission fragments originated from asymptotically thin, ϵ 0, and thick, ϵ ∞, uranium films. We obtained ϵ 0 = (1.00 ± 0.02) and ϵ ∞ ≌ 0.77.
