It describes the adoption, adaption, implementation, delivery and interim evaluation of the programme. The article sets out the background that led to adoption of the 7 Habits for Healthcare programme and discusses the concepts outlined. It also reflects on feedback from delegates between three and nine months after they completed the programme, to explore how it has influenced them professionally and personally.
