Summary:Front Cover: The image shows block copolymer micelles with near-infrared (NIR) dye. Photon-to-heat conversion of the dye by directional scanning of a laser results in locally generated heat on a NIR-dye-containing block copolymer micelle film. This allows for controlling the self-assembled structure, in which the molten and deformed spherical micelles are fused along the scanning direction, leading to cylinder-like micelles. Further details can be found in the article by H. Acharya, B. Yoon, Y. J. Park, I. Bae, and C. Park* on page 1071.
