Abstract This research was conducted to see the effect of work-life balance on employees’ job satisfaction in Bintaro. Human resources are a valuable asset in contributing to a company's success, so the job satisfaction of company employees also needs to be considered so that they are comfortable and have good performance at work. Job satisfaction is a general feeling of an individual towards his work. This research is non-experimental quantitative research using two variables; Job Satisfaction and Work-Life Balance. Participants in this study are employees with criteria; a) permanent employees, b) working duration ≥ 2 years, c) age 18 to 40 years, d) working in the bintaro area. This research has 78 participants. The results of the linear analysis showed that there is no significant effect between work life balance and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the work-life balance of employees working in Bintaro does not significantly affect their job satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bintaro. Sumber daya manusia menjadi aset yang berharga dalam kontribusi terhadap kesuksesan suatu perusahaan, sehingga kepuasan kerja karyawan perusahaan pun perlu diperhatikan agar mereka nyaman dan memiliki kinerja baik ketika bekerja. Kepuasan kerja sebagai bentuk perasaan suatu individu secara umum terhadap pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen, dengan menggunakan dua variabel, yakni variabel Job Satisfaction atau Kepuasan Kerja dan Work-Life Balance. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan kriteria; a) karyawan tetap, b) lama durasi kerja ≥ 2 tahun, c) usia 18 hingga 40 tahun, d) bekerja di daerah bintaro. Adapun penelitian ini memiliki 78 partisipan. Hasil analisis linier menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara work life balance dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa work-life balance pada karyawan yang bekerja di Bintaro tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerjanya secara signifikan.
