Abstract | Background. Issues of the quality of the habitat are a consequence of the desire of man to develop industrial production. To ensure it, it is necessary to create effective information systems that allow in real time to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the environmental well-being of a person. The purpose of the study is to confirm that the introduction of a multi-agent SMART-system of human environmental well-being makes it possible to reduce the risk of the negative impact of technosphere objects on the functional state of the human body and environment; to increase the reliability of assessing the state of a multi-parameter object; to increase the environmental efficiency of the technosphere object. Materials and methods. Criteria and methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of information and measurement systems are proposed, supplemented by three groups of criteria (technical, environmental and social), which allow taking into account the specifics of assessing the person’s environmental well-being. Results. The calculations carried out according to the proposed method confirmed the assumption that the introduction of a multiagent SMART-system for human environmental well-being makes it possible to increase the reliability of assessing the state of objects and thereby increase the validity of decisionmaking on the implementation of environmental, medical, preventive and technological measures to ensure the ecological well-being of a person. Conclusions. This result is achieved by using the intelligent data collection and processing tools (multi-agent technologies, intelligent sensors and networks). |
