Summary:A 47-year-old female presented with progressive recurrent swelling in the left leg for the past 4 years which is cystic in consistency and painless on palpation measuring 3 x 3 cm, adherent to deep planes. Patient had undergone incision and drainage for the same before 1 year. She is a known case of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus for 7 years and is on regular medication. No H/o trauma, fever, lymphadenopathy and any other adjacent skin lesions.
