Abstract 2D and 3D type inertial sensors have been proposed, working examples have been developed and tested in the laboratory and real conditions. 2D inertial sensor manufacturing technology for mass production is proposed. Experimental tests of contacts strength of 3D inertial sensors of various thicknesses were performed. The critical drop heights of the 3D inertial sensors were determined using a designed free fall stand. The results of experimental and computational stresses were compared.

Inercinių daviklių projektavimas, gamyba pridėtinėmis technologijomis ir tyrimas Santrauka Pasiūlyti 2D ir 3D tipo inerciniai davikliai, sukurti veikiantys pavyzdžiai, kurie bandyti laboratorijos ir realių situacijų sąlygomis. Pasiūlyta 2D inercinių daviklių gamybos technologija masinei gamybai. Atlikti 3D inercinių daviklių eksperimentiniai įvairių storių kontaktų stiprumo bandymai. Nustatyti 3D inercinių daviklių kritiniai metimo aukščiai, naudojant suprojektuotą laisvo kritimo stendą. Palyginti eksperimentinių ir skaičiuojamųjų įtempių rezultatai. Reikšminiai žodžiai: inerciniai davikliai, 3D spausdinimas, prekės pažeidžiamumas, medžiagos anizotropiškumas, inercinės apkrovos.
