| Abstract | L’asthme, la rhinite allergique, les allergies alimentaires et la dermatite atopique ont un impact significatif sur la qualité de vie des patients et sur celle de leur entourage, notamment en lien avec le stress émotionnel qu’ils occasionnent. On observe une altération du sommeil et donc de la concentration et des performances cognitives, des troubles anxieux et des difficultés d’intégration sociale chez les enfants et les adultes allergiques. Cet impact peut être quantifié notamment par des questionnaires de qualité de vie génériques et spécifiques.
Asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy and atopic dermatitis affect patients and their family's quality of life significantly, notably due to the emotional stress they induce. One can observe sleep disturbances and, as a consequence, reduced ability to concentrate, reduced cognitive capacities, anxiety disorders and social integration difficulties in allergic children and adults. The impact of this stress can be analyzed with generic and specific quality of life questionnaires. |
