CT肺动脉血管成像体质量相关个体化管电流-时间的设置
【目的】 探讨多层螺旋CT肺动脉血管成像(MDCTPA)根据体质量个体化调节管电流的可行性及体质量相关的最佳管电流-时间设置 【方法】 90例临床怀疑肺动脉栓塞(PE)的患者接受了MDCTPA检查,前瞻性随机分为6组,每组15例比较各组图像质量主观评分客观评价及有效吸收剂量【结果】 各组图像主观评价差异有统计学意义(P = 0.008)。各组患者的有效吸收剂量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)C组图像与F组图像比较,图像客观评价与主观评分差异均没有统计学意义,而C组有效吸收剂量均值较F组降低47.8%【结论】 MDCTPA根据体质量个体化调节管电流-时间是可行且有效的,取“1.0 mA﹒s...
