Summary: | A rigid-flexible coupling model of shearer haulage unit is established by using three dimensional design software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software ANSYS,mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS,and the strength of structure research is carried out by using ADAMS/View module.According to simulation results,the weak link of the shearer haulage unit is found.The theoretical basis to effectively improve the life of shearer and carry on the local structural optimization is provided.It also has the important value to research the dynamic properties of the shearer haulage unit system. |
