Abstract | Many industries on the sea are greatly affected by the meteorological environment, such as fishery, marine aquaculture, port traffic, or island tourism. Among them, transportation and fishery are most affected by the marine meteorological environment. If there is a sudden strong wind at sea, it will greatly restrict the development of transportation and fishery. Marine meteorological services have also gradually made progress in the development of offshore production. This article mainly uses wind observation data from several regions of automatic stations, compares several indicators such as the number of strong wind days and average wind speed, and finally provides a theoretical reference for the prevention of sea winds. The purpose is to improve the accuracy of prediction, so as to better carry out disaster prevention work. At the same time, investigations have been made on the current status of marine meteorological services, and the relevant systems of marine meteorological services have been improved, which is conducive to promoting the development of industries such as fisheries and maritime transportation. With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the gradual popularization of the Internet, a new subject called complex networking has emerged. It is not a specific network but an abstract concept that can express most systems in reality. Among them, the representation method of the entities of the system is nodes, and the relationships between entities can be represented by edges. After the concept of small-world networks was put forward, the research on complex networks has developed rapidly. After the scale-free network model was proposed, the study of complex networks has continued to become a hot spot in the research community and has received extensive attention from scholars. The research on the related theories of complex networks is helpful for scholars to understand the characteristics of various networks and can better predict and master the network, which is of great significance to network research. |
