Summary:The relevance of the issues of forming a unified methodological framework for the digital transformation of personnel management processes in modern enterprises is substantiated, and the key methodological principles on which the digitalization of the HR system is based in order to optimize and increase the efficiency of business processes are identified. The analysis of the current state of digital transformation of the HR management system is carried out, within the framework of which the identification of the concept of digital transformation of the HR sphere and the main features of this process are noted. The most relevant directions of digitalization of the business personnel management system are given in the context of the main tasks of working with employees, namely their selection, hiring, adaptation, training, motivation and development. The most significant advantages of digital reorientation of personnel management processes for modern business have been identified, and statistical data on the level of digitalization of the domestic HR sector have been analyzed, reflecting the state and prospects for further development of digitalization of HR processes. The problem areas within the framework of the digital transformation of the personnel management system have been identified, including the presence of a weak methodological basis for the digitalization of the HR system, necessary for the formation of a unified business algorithm for the introduction of digital tools and technologies. The aspects that form the need for the development of methodological principles for the digital transformation of the personnel management system are noted; the basic principles governing the effectiveness of digitalization of business processes of enterprises as a whole are considered. The hierarchy of implementation of the digital transformation of the HR system of modern business is given, which affects the organization of the methodological foundations of the digitalization of the personnel management system. The interpretation of the methodological base of the digital transformation of HR processes has been formed, consisting of a set of provisions regulating the processes of introducing digital technologies, taking into account the specifics and prospects for further development of the HR sphere, on the basis of which the most relevant methodological principles of the digital transformation of the personnel management system have been identified.
