結果 本研究發現，越南籍跨國婚姻婦女的健康生活品質狀況比國人婦女低，研究結果顯示，越南籍跨國婚姻婦女的健康生活品質，比國人婦女健康生活品質在七個面向分數都較低，包括身體功能、因身體問題所引起的角色限制、一般健康知覺、活力、社會功能、因情緒問題所引起的角色限制、和心理健康等。而越南籍跨國婚姻婦女在身體疼痛面向分數較高。
結論 越南籍跨國婚姻婦女的身體疼痛、疲憊、身心症、社會孤立以及心理健康等問題應被關切，本研究結果可提供政府對跨國婚姻婦女健康政策制訂的依據。 |
