ニワトリ盲腸扁桃上皮におけるM cell様細胞の存在を, 一般形態学的ならびに組織化学的に検索した. 更に, 盲腸扁桃への異物投与による実験形態学的検索を試みた. 電顕的に, 盲腸扁桃上皮中に短く不正な微絨毛を持ち, 細胞基底部ではリンパ球やマクロファージと接触するM cell様細胞を確認した. Abstract | ニワトリ盲腸扁桃上皮におけるM cell様細胞の存在を, 一般形態学的ならびに組織化学的に検索した. 更に, 盲腸扁桃への異物投与による実験形態学的検索を試みた. 電顕的に, 盲腸扁桃上皮中に短く不正な微絨毛を持ち, 細胞基底部ではリンパ球やマクロファージと接触するM cell様細胞を確認した.
