サトウキビのリン栄養: 株出しサトウキビの生育, 収量, 品質に及ぼす残留土壌リン酸の影響

Abstract | 暗赤色土において春植えサトウキビ (plant cane, 品種: F-177) を収穫した後, 残留有効リン酸が土壌100g当たり5.6mg (A区) , 9.1mg (B区) , 11.6mg (C区) , 15.9mg (D区) と異なる状態で株出しサトウキビ (ratoon cane) を1994年4月~1995年3月の間栽培し, 残留土壌リン酸レベルが株出しサトウキビの生育, 収量, 品質に及ぼす影響を調べた. 葉面積指数, 乾物生産, 根生育量などはA区に比べB, C, D区で高くなった.乾物は全区において株出し後120~240日の生育旺盛期で全乾物の62~67%が生産された.製糖原料に供し得る有効茎数はA区よりB, C, D区で有意に多かった. 原料茎収量はD区 (125t ha-1) で最も高く, 次いでC区 (122t) となり, 砂糖収量もA区 (12t ha-1) に較べてD, C区でそれぞれ48%, 46%増加した. 葉の養分含有率は残留土壌リン酸レベルに影響され, 特に成熟期においてはA区に比べC, D区のサトウキビ葉は低窒素, 高リン酸となっており, この状態と砂糖増収との間に関係がみられた.微量元素の亜鉛と銅は土壌における検出量がD区で最も高いにもかかわらず成熟期サトウキビ葉の含有率はD区で最低であった. 原料茎と砂糖の収量はD区に次いでC区で高かったものの, D区とC区の有意差は認められなかった.従って施肥経済の観点から供試暗赤色土における株出しサトウキビの原料茎及び砂糖の高収に向け, 土壌にC区程度 (12mg 100g-1) の残留有効リン酸があれば充分であろうと考えられた. |
