Pierre Vernimmen
Pierre Vernimmen (April 12, 1946 – December 28, 1996) was a French economist, professor at the
HEC Paris and director of the consulting department of the
Paribas finance bank. He was the author of ''Finance d'Entreprise'', a reference manual in corporate financial accounting.
